Digital Products Terms & Refunds

1. Digital products

IGY offers digital resources, including downloadable workbooks and other self-guided materials.

Before purchasing, please read the relevant product description carefully to make sure the resource is suitable for you.

Digital products are supplied for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Immediate access and cancellation

When purchasing a digital product for immediate download or access, you will be asked to:

• Expressly agree that IGY may begin supplying the digital content immediately; and
• Acknowledge that once supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the purchase.

If you do not provide this consent and acknowledgement, immediate access to the digital product will not be provided.

3. Refunds

Once a digital product has been supplied following your express consent and acknowledgement above, refunds will not normally be offered simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be accessed because of a problem with the product itself, or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, please contact hello@ivegotyou.co.uk and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Where required by law, an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, will be provided.

4. Problems accessing your purchase

If you have paid for a product but have not received it or cannot access it, please email:

Please include the email address used for your purchase so the order can be located.

5. Personal-use licence

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing an IGY digital product gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product for your own individual, non-commercial use.

IGY digital products may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared publicly or used as part of a paid service without prior written permission.

If you would like someone else to use an IGY resource, please direct them to the official IGY website to obtain their own copy.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as IGY develops or introduces new products, services or purchasing methods.

The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in force when your order is placed.
