Depending on how you interact with IGY, I may collect:

• Information you provide when joining the IGY Letter, a waitlist or a priority list.
• Information you provide through website contact or enquiry forms.
• Information you provide when enquiring about or using coaching or IGY for Work services.
• Order, transaction and payment-related information when purchasing a product or service.
• Correspondence between you and IGY.
• Basic technical and website-use information collected through cookies or similar technologies where applicable.

I do not intentionally collect more personal information than is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

• Provide products, downloads, coaching or other services you request.
• Manage Community, Journal or other product waitlists and priority lists.
• Send the IGY Letter or other marketing communications where you have chosen to receive them.

• Operate, protect and improve the website and IGY services.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the email.

Joining a specific Community, Journal or product waitlist or priority list does not automatically subscribe you to the IGY Letter unless you separately choose to subscribe.

5. Sharing your information and service providers

IGY may use trusted third-party service providers to help operate the business. These may include providers supporting:

• Website hosting and functionality.
• Email marketing and subscriber management, including MailerLite.
• Payment processing, including Stripe when introduced.
• Business email and communications.
• Secure data storage, administration and essential business systems.

These providers may process personal information on IGY’s behalf or, in some circumstances, act as independent data controllers under their own privacy terms.

IGY does not sell your personal information.

6. International transfers

Some technology and service providers used by IGY may process or store information outside the United Kingdom.

Where this occurs, IGY will use providers and arrangements designed to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.

Retention practices will be reviewed as IGY develops.

8. Coaching information

If you use an IGY coaching service, you may choose to share personal information about your circumstances.

This information will be treated with care and confidentiality and used only as reasonably necessary to provide and administer the service, subject to any legal or safeguarding obligations.

IGY coaching is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological or emergency service. The scope of individual services will also be explained in the relevant service terms and disclaimers.

The IGY website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required for the website to function.

The website does not currently use analytics, advertising or marketing tracking cookies.

If non-essential technologies are introduced in the future, appropriate information and choices will be provided where required before they are used.
