Sometimes you don't need all the answers.
You just need somewhere to start.
Life doesn't always arrive neatly labelled.
Sometimes it's work. Relationships. Confidence. Parenthood. Overwhelm. A change you chose — or one you didn't.
And sometimes you simply know that something needs to feel different.
IGY exists for those moments.
What is IGY?
More than coaching. A place to feel supported while you figure out what's next.
IGY brings together conversation, community, practical tools and personal development to help people understand where they are, decide where they want to go, and take realistic steps towards it.
No pressure to reinvent your life overnight.
No expectation that you should already have everything figured out. Just somewhere to begin — and somewhere that can walk alongside you.

Human support doesn't stop being necessary when the working day begins — a different approach to supporting the people behind the job titles.
IGY for Work
The IGY philosophy
Real life. Real conversations. Real progress.
IGY doesn't promise overnight transformation. It offers something steadier — and, in the end, more useful.
Understanding yourself better
Progress usually starts with honesty about where you actually are, not where you think you should be.
Space to think
Clarity rarely arrives in the middle of a busy week. It needs somewhere quiet to land.
Intentional choices
Fewer, better decisions — made deliberately rather than by default or drift.
Small steps, repeated
Meaningful change is built the unglamorous way: consistently, and at a pace you can keep.

From the founder
Why I've Got You?
IGY didn't begin as a business idea. It began with knowing what it feels like to navigate change, responsibility and uncertainty while still having to show up for an ordinary day.
I know what it's like to rebuild quietly, without the time or the language to explain it — and how much difference it makes when one person says: I've got you.
That's the whole intention here. Nothing more complicated than that.
